Spaghetti Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground chuck
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 32 Ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 16 Ounces Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Oregano
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Thyme
  • ¼ Teaspoon Basil
  • Dash of Celery Seeds

Directions

Brown meat, salt lightly while cooking and add crushed garlic. Drain fat then add rest of ingredients. Simmer about 1½ hours or until desired thickness. If too thick, add little water to thin.

Serve over noodles of choice.
