Macaroni and Cheese


Ingredients

  • 1½ Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2½ Cups Hot Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 8 Ounces Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 375° F

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in sauce pan. Mix flour, salt, and mustard together; add to butter stirring well. Add milk to mixture gradually, stirring constantly. Cook for about one minute. Put cooked macaroni in large casserole dish; add cheese and mix to melt cheese. Pour white sauce over and mix. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly in center.
