Pre-heat oven to 400° F
Recipe is ideal for a bread machine, but can be made using a stand mixer with a dough hook.
Add all ingredients to your mixer in order given. Mix until dough forms a ball around the dough hook. Transfer dough into an oiled bowl, turning to coat dough. Place in warm area and cover to let rise until doubled, about an hour.
Divide dough in half and roll on floured surface to fit pan. Place on greased pizza pan, spread with sauce and add desired toppings.
I recommend home made pizza cheese: equal portions of home shredded Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and Provolone cheese. Can use any cheeses desired.
Bake 18-20 mins or until crust is light brown. Watch so crust doesn’t burn.
Makes 2 thin or one med-thick crust.
NOTE: Can pre-bake crust to make a crispier crust, then add sauce and toppings and bake 12-15 mins. or until done.
