Oriental Chicken


Ingredients

  • 1 Package Japanese Vegetables
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 3 Chicken Breast, Cut into ¾” Pieces
  • Chopped Salted Peanuts (optional)

Directions

Cook chicken pieces in hot oil until white. Add water and vegetables with seasoning packet. Bring to a boil over low heat, separating vegetables. Cook until season powder or cube is dissolved. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 minutes.

Serve over rice with chopped nuts sprinkled over top.
