Pre-heat oven to 350° F
Combine all ingredients. Form into balls with light touch to remain juicy and tender. Fry in oil to brown. Set aside - use juices for sauce.
Can bake the meatballs for 30 - 45 mins, turning to brown evenly. This way the fat runs off.

Using fat from meatballs, fry tomato paste for 10 mins, stirring and removing excess fat that won’t mix in. Add seasonings to taste.
Cook and stir for 5 mins. Add Water. Cook and stir for 10 mins. Add tomato sauce. Cook 10-15 mins. Add in meatballs, stirring gently.
Serve over noodles.
