Cornbread Dressing


Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Sausage, Fried (optional)
  • ½ Cup Celery, Chopped
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • 4 Medium Onions Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 6 Cups Dry Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 6 Cups Cornbread, Crumbled
  • 1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning (to taste)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425° F

Sauté onions and celery until just tender. Mix with bread crumbs and add poultry seasoning. Stir in beaten eggs, chicken broth, and Worcestershire. Add fried sausage, if desired.

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot in center.
