Chicken Fried Steak


Ingredients

  • Milk
  • 2 Minute or Thin Round Steaks
  • Flour
  • Butter

Directions

Take 2 minute steaks or thin round steaks and pound until tender with meat mallet. Dip into milk, then seasoned flour, back in milk, and again in flour. Fry in hot pan with oil until crisp.
