Pre-heat oven to 325° F
Grease and flour a 10” tube or bunt pan. Blend all ingredients, beat for three minutes at high speed, scraping bowl often.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then turn out on serving plate.
