Rum Balls


Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Vanilla Wafers
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1 Cup Nuts, Pecans or Walnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons White Karo Syrup
  • 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
  • ½ Cup White Rum

Directions

In blender, blend wafers until fine crumbs; next blend nuts until fine. Mix dry ingredients; add rum and Karo. Mix thoroughly. Roll into bite-size balls and roll in confectioners sugar.

Makes 50 Small Balls.
