Reese’s Fudge Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1¼ Cups Butter, Softened
  • ¾ Cup Cocoa
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 12 Ounce Package Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350° F

Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Drop by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes DO NOT over bake, cookies will be soft, they will puff during baking then flatten upon cooling. Cool on cookie sheet until set, about 1 minute; remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 4½ Dozen Cookies.
