Pre-heat oven to 500° F
Combine all ingredients except ice cream and spread in a jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet with 1” sides all around) - batter will be crumbly. Bake 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY, it will burn easily. If your oven runs hot, set it to 450° instead of 500°. If you begin to smell burning, remove immediately.
Break mixture into pieces using spatula while still warm. Layer ⅓ of mixture on bottom of 9” by 13” cake pan, cover with ½ of the ice cream; repeat, ending with cake on top. Freeze until ready to serve.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before use.
