Brown Sugar Snaps


Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Butter, Softened
  • 2 Cups Bisquick
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350° F

Beat sugars, butter, egg, vanilla, allspice and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Stir in Bisquick and nuts.

Drop by the spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes until light brown. IMMEDIATELY removed from sheet - cookies harden as they cool.

Makes 3.5 Dozen Cookies
