Pre-heat oven to 350° F
Pick over fresh berries to discard all stems and leaves - wash well, and drain.
Mix berries, flour, sugar and salt thoroughly.
Line 9” pie pan with pastry; fill with berry mixture. Sprinkle over top lemon juice and dot with butter.
Place second crust over top and prick well. Bake until golden brown.
