Hotcakes


Ingredients

  • 1 Scant Cup Milk
  • 3 Heaping Tablespoons Sugar or Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

Combine dry ingredients.

In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients; add all at once to dry ingredients and mix well.

Cook on medium griddle until golden.

Can substitute 1½ white flour + ½ whole wheat flour if desired.
