French Toast


Ingredients

  • ⅛ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 10 Slices Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ⅔ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs, Beaten
  • Confectioners Sugar

Directions

Combine eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth, batter will be very thin.

Dip do not soak bread in batter and drop into hot oil. Fry until golden brown, turning once.

Dry on paper towel. Serve hot with confectioners sugar over top.
