Separate eggs. Beat yolks till creamy yellow and thick. Add sugar gradually, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Add whiskey gradually, beating and scraping sides of bowl constantly to avoid curdling yolks. Add rum.
In clean, dry bowl with clean, dry beaters beat whites until tops hold soft peak (not dry). Fold into yolk mixture.
In clean, dry bowl with clean, dry beaters beat cream till very stiff (but not butter). Fold into yolk mixture.
Chill & drink.
